Welcome to the WhatTheCloud Service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms:

The WhatTheCloud allows users to upload images for analysis. Our Service will, on a best-effort basis, analyze the uploaded image and return an estimate of the cloud type present in the image. Please note that the results are generated through automated analysis and may not always be accurate or definitive.

2. Image Upload and Deletion

• Image Upload: Users may upload images solely for the purpose of cloud identification. Images must not contain any inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
• Image Deletion: Uploaded images will be deleted from our servers after the analysis process is complete. We do not store or retain images for any future use.

3. Accuracy and Disclaimer

The analysis provided by the Service is an estimate and may not always reflect the true cloud type. The Service is offered on a "best effort" basis, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the results. Users acknowledge that they use the Service at their own risk.

4. Copyright and Image Ownership

• User Images: By uploading an image, you affirm that you either own the copyright to the image or have permission from the copyright holder to use it for analysis within our Service. You retain all rights to your images.
• Background Image Credit: The background image on the Service website was provided by Lampos Aritonang on Unsplash. Under Unsplash's license, this image is free to use, but credit must be given to the creator.

5. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to upload images that:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contain inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We are not liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using the Service.
